Mechanical Fitter

Trojan Recruitment Group are currently seeking experienced Mechanical Fitters. These roles are for a navy defence maintenance contract located in Henderson

**About the Role**
- Mechanical maintenance on the Collins Class Navy Submarines
- Immediate start
- 3/4 month assignment but strong possibility of extension and opportunity to transition permanent (based on performance and project requirements)
- Dayshift on $66.10 per/hr+0.41per/hr industry allowance + penalties
- 9-day fortnight (RDO every second Friday).
- Standard hours is 8.5day. At the moment guys are working 10hours.

**Key Requirements**
- Extensive mechanical maintenance experience in industrial environment
- Trade Qualified Fitter
- White Card
- Current Confined Space Ticket (within 2 years).
- Must be an Australian Citizen - (Australian Passport or Birth certificate or Citizenship Certificate)
- Current National Police Clearance (within 3 months) OR willing to obtain one.
- Ability to pass ‘fit for work’ pre-employment medical including regular D&A screens
- Current Driver’s License & reliable transport.
