Mechanical Fitter Role Overview

The role of a Mechanical Fitter is a pivotal position within our organisation, requiring the individual to work on various projects and site works in Regional Western Australia. The job entails working independently as well as being part of a team environment, necessitating a high level of mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out mechanical fitting tasks for multiple projects and site works
  • Collaborate with a professional team to achieve project objectives
  • Undertake scheduled or regular workshop duties as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 12 months)
  • Currently residing in or around Perth or Geraldton

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience in the mining industry
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol tests
