Mechanical Fitter/Machinist Job Description

Fitters and Machinists play a crucial role in various industries, requiring strong mechanical skills.

Purpose of the Position:

We seek experienced Mechanical Fitters/Machinists for upcoming projects and site works in Regional Western Australia, based in Geraldton.

Key Offerings:

  • Paid travel to and from site
  • Insurance coverage to and from work
  • Site allowance whilst working on site

Licence Requirements:

  • Trade Certificate III
  • Construction Industry White Card
  • Current Police Clearance (obtained or willing to obtain within the past 12 months)
  • Must already be located in or around Perth or Geraldton
  • Work entitlements

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Work in a team environment
  • Mining experience highly preferred
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test
