Requirements:
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

  • In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, industry guidelines, and upcoming reforms affecting the sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing audit processes, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives within a clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clinicians, clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address complex clinical and operational challenges.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and driving improvements in clinical practice and care delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel across our growing footprint to ensure consistency and quality in care delivery.
  • Must hold valid First Aid and CPR certifications.
  • A valid police check in line with industry compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and clinical expertise, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and driving change within the aged care industry.
