Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market access and clinical research plans across the Asia-Pacific region, aligning with Stryker's strategic direction and priorities.
  • Collaborate with market leadership teams to develop a clear clinical research strategy, focusing on insights to overcome customer objections and maximize reimbursement of Stryker's products and services.
  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders outside of Stryker, facilitating research, podium, and publication strategies that drive thought leadership across the region.
  • Work closely with regulatory teams on OST & Digital regulatory strategy, ensuring support from division with timely provision of required product information to accelerate speed to market.
  • Develop and maintain a 5-10 year APAC wide clinical research and reimbursement roadmap, partnering with division, and APAC RAQA, reimbursement, commercial, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's or PhD degree in a scientific field, preferably in Engineering, Science, or a relevant scientific field.
  • At least 10+ years of relevant clinical experience, with a proven track record of success at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge and application of clinical trial design, governance, and publication pathways.
  • Expertise in developing clinical research plans in conjunction with marketing partners and driving clinical excellence across stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Influencing ability across stakeholders of various cultures and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multi-discipline, multi-technology teams to drive delivery of research and market access plans.
