Bus Driver Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Bus Driver to provide safe and comfortable transport for our residents. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport residents to various destinations, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
  • Assist with mobility support, helping residents enter and exit the bus with ease.
  • Supervise and care for passengers during transit and outings.
  • Monitor and arrange vehicle maintenance, repairs and daily safety checks.
  • Collaborate with care staff to create a warm and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

  • A current MR or LR license and proven experience in bus driving.
  • A genuine passion for working with older people and those with diverse needs.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care (desired but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • A good understanding of local road networks.
