Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and implement a comprehensive Risk Universe for the APAC region, ensuring effective risk management practices are embedded throughout the organization.
  2. Collaborate with senior management to develop and maintain controls that mitigate risks to an acceptable level, facilitating improvements in the internal audit environment.
  3. Prepare and present risk reports to key stakeholders, including the Management, Risk Committee, and Audit Committee, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Influence and facilitate changes to improve the risk management framework, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and risk-awareness.
  5. Monitor and optimize technology tools used in risk management, such as Riskonnect, to ensure their effectiveness in supporting audit strategies and promoting tech-savviness within the team.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in business and enterprise risk management, with a strong understanding of risk mitigation strategies and control frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate complex risk concepts to diverse stakeholders, influencing decision-making and driving positive change.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address risks proactively.

About You:
