Youth Support Program Manager

Job Summary: The Family Engagement Director plays a vital role in residential screening and parent education for youth and families. This individual works closely with staff to provide time-limited aftercare support and networking, depending on the youth's length of stay.
">Key Responsibilities Include:
- ">
- Recruit, orient, supervise, in-service train, and evaluate Family Engagement Specialists.">
- Supervise the Request for Service process and develop family education throughout the state.">
- Coordinate with the Quality Improvement Director in developing policies, procedures, directives, manuals, and training programs pertaining to the admissions process.">
- Maintain contact with the program where the youth are located and meet with the youth at the program site and/or school no less than monthly.">
- Receive and promptly respond to all incoming inquiries and requests for services within 24 hours.">
- Develop, maintain, and submit timely accurate case record documentation, mini social histories, 6-month post placement surveys, outcome measures, and other reports as needed.">
- Assist the family in identifying community resources and developing an alternative plan when services are no longer needed or provided by the Youth Ranches.">
