Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while providing detailed information about various spirit brands and their features.
  • Work collaboratively with the store leadership team to create engaging customer events, foster strong relationships with customers, and promote our loyalty program, My Dan's.
  • Assist in developing product knowledge among fellow team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet the diverse needs of our valued customers.
  • Undertake various in-store tasks, including inventory management, customer interactions, and sales planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Substantial knowledge of spirits products, coupled with an ability to adapt and continuously learn about emerging trends and categories.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A valid RSA certificate and comfort using digital tools to enhance customer experiences.
  • Availability to work key customer hours, contributing to the success of our team and driving business growth.
