Senior Manager, Employee Relations Strategy and Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Employee Relations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including pay compliance, workplace law, and enterprise agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including pay compliance, workplace law, and enterprise agreements.
- Develop and implement ER initiatives, including pay compliance matters, specialist ER advice, and contractual interpretation issues.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to ensure compliance with pay-related systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and managers on employee relations matters.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in a senior role in Employee Relations/HR, with a focus on pay compliance and workplace law.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of relevant workplace law, modern awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor employees and managers on employee relations matters.
