Available full-time and part-time positions require a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 + Superannuation
  • A diverse caseload consisting of 80% paediatric and 20% adult clients, with the option to work from the clinic or in the community near your home location
  • An annual professional development allowance of $3000

Your responsibilities as an Occupational Therapist will involve:

You will support a mixed-ages caseload of NDIS and private clients in both clinic and community settings. Community travel will be tailored to your home location, with a company car and fuel allowance provided. You will work with clients requiring daily functioning needs, equipment prescription, mental health support, neurodiverse conditions, and other physical assistance needs.

To ensure your success:

  • Fortnightly or monthly individual supervision with a Senior Occupational Therapist
  • Regular Occupational Therapy training sessions
  • Monthly multidisciplinary meetings
  • A structured onboarding process with shadowing opportunities and gradual caseload increase based on experience
  • Qualified Allied Health Assistants supporting the multidisciplinary team during sessions and in the office
  • $3000 annual Professional Development allowance for external training
  • Administrative support for bookings and billing
  • Leadership opportunities for growth and development

About the Team Vibe:

This positive and supportive team values camaraderie, celebrating staff birthdays and work anniversaries regularly. On weekends, they participate in charity events such as walking for autism, colour runs, and other community activities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Desirable paediatric experience but not essential
  • AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted working rights in Australia
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
