Job Opportunity: Audio Visual Support Specialist

The Government Authority seeks a skilled AV Support Technician to provide high-quality technical assistance and support in meetings and virtual events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer exceptional customer service and technical support during conferences, webinars, and other events.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot AV system issues, escalating matters to the Senior Audio-Visual Officer as necessary.
  • Provide detailed recommendations for improving video conferencing activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide initial-level support for virtual conferences, events, and meetings via telephone and remote access.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an AV Technician.
  • Proven track record of supporting video conferencing infrastructure and AV equipment.
  • Strong understanding of networking and telecommunications principles.
  • Desirable: prior Public Sector experience and Australian Citizenship with full working rights.
