This impressive CBD firm is looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their team to help with the increase in their workload. You will be supporting the best of the best, and work among friendly and accomplished peers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing legal and court documents.
- Drafting briefs.
- Assisting Partners and Senior Lawyers with file management, client liaison, and document formatting.
- Conducting research as required.
- Liaising with external parties as required.
- Managing client database.
- Administrative duties as required.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Law (essential).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused orientation.
- Strong document preparation, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research skills.
- High attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Friendly and positive personality.
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs.
