About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cardiovascular Sales Professional to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue in your designated territory.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in pharmaceutical or medical sales, with a strong understanding of the clinical management of cardiometabolic treatment options. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive results across total geography, leveraging provider relationships in both Endo and PCP segments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue in your designated territory.
  • Leverage provider relationships in both Endo and PCP segments to drive results across total geography.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including timely and accurate transmission of call data.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical and scientific developments in the field of cardiometabolic treatment options.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, biology, chemistry).
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the clinical management of cardiometabolic treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with computer software and systems, including CRM and sales reporting tools.
