The Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharma Field Sales Representative to join our Obesity Commercial team. This is a rare opportunity to develop the obesity market, backed by Novo Nordisk's long-term commitment and track record in helping people living with chronic disease achieve greater health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and position Novo Nordisk as a leader in obesity care.
  • Understand local market dynamics and customer needs, positioning Novo Nordisk products and services to improve patient care.
  • Analyze and understand customers, local healthcare delivery, and payment models to identify business opportunities.
  • Sell and promote Saxenda with a focus on targeted and non-targeted primary care physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other members of patients' primary care teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree, and/or Pharm D required.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical, medical, or healthcare experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills required (Windows, Word, Excel).
  • Self-starter with proven leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Solid understanding of obesity disease state and NNI product(s) needed.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
