About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Producer to join our team. As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing digital projects across web updates and email deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of end-to-end project management, including estimating, timelines, resourcing, and project status reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI design and development resources.
  • Identify, mitigate, communicate, and escalate project risks and opportunities.
  • Review and provide feedback on work progress to ensure it meets Apparent's quality standards and project objectives.
Requirements
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types, including site updates, marketing campaigns, micro-sites, emails, and CMS maintenance.
  • Experience with office productivity applications, collaboration, and issue tracking tools such as Google Workspace, Smartsheets, Jira, Miro, and Confluence or Notion.
  • Strong understanding of how to manage and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resource management/reporting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with team members and clients.
