HSE Learning Manager

Establish a senior role in an HSE function to drive strategic outcomes.
This is a newly created position and will play a critical part in the implementation and engagement of a core strategic outcome that focuses on uplifting HSE capability across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the HSE Learning Framework aligned to the company's strategy - partnering with stakeholders within the HSE and People teams to engage and drive change across the business.
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions for a blended learning environment - from gap analysis through to instructional design, facilitation and metrics/measurements.
- Partner with industry experts to develop engaging content and learning material for a diverse audience while meeting long-term objectives.
- Support the management of compliance-based training and contribute to effective stakeholder engagement through continuous improvement initiatives.
Work within a non-hierarchical, inclusive culture where you will be trusted and enabled to introduce ideas and partner with colleagues and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has experience in designing and developing learning frameworks within a corporate environment. They possess learning design skills and can create blended learning solutions, content and material to engage a broad and corporate-based audience on Health, Safety & Environment. Strong consulting skills with the ability to engage stakeholders in identifying learning goals and driving towards relevant objectives.
