Creative Arts Assessment Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Arts Manager to oversee the administration and management of art form assessment panels.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end administration, including peer assessor registers and conflict of interest management.
- Provide expert advice on panel composition and contribute to panel establishment.
- E nsure transparency, accountability, and compliance with NSW Government guidelines.
- Coordinate across teams to schedule meetings, prepare papers, and logistics for art form assessment panels.
- Support grant decisions, allocation process, and tool development.
- Respond promptly to requests and resolve complaints regarding funding assessment processes.
- Prepare reports on outcomes from art form assessment panel deliberations.
- Established knowledge of the arts and cultural sector.
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills within an arts and cultural environment.
- Expertise in grant administration and understanding of NSW policy frameworks.
