This role offers a unique opportunity to join our marketing team and play a key part in the planning and delivery of creative marketing campaigns.

We are looking for someone with passion, creativity, and excellent communication skills to lead our content calendar and drive engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the development of strategic marketing campaigns that promote arts and culture events
  • Leading the creation and scheduling of engaging social media and email content that reflects our brand values
  • Capturing and editing short-form video content for digital platforms
  • Managing niche marketing lists and driving cross-promotional opportunities
  • Coordinating digital invites, pre-show communications, and resident newsletters
  • Briefing and booking photographers/videographers
  • Assisting with compiling reports and campaign wrap-ups to measure success
  • Providing general marketing administrative support to ensure smooth operations

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns within an arts and culture environment
  • Experience working with designers, printers, and photographers
  • Experience proofing artwork and trafficking feedback and approvals
  • Tertiary qualification in the arts, marketing, or relevant equivalent work experience preferred
  • Enthusiasm about arts, culture, and events
  • Confidence using social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • A creative thinker excited to contribute ideas and learn from our experienced team
