Product Manager

The Role

  • We are seeking a Product Manager with a passion for product development and a desire to drive business growth.

  • The Product Manager will lead technical vision and guide the team to execute projects efficiently.

  • This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to balance quality, time, and budget while creating valuable products and services.

  • The Product Manager will work closely with the Business Unit Director to ensure the team has the necessary resources and capabilities to deliver planned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Leadership – Lead technical teams to identify valuable problems/solutions and develop new ventures, products, and services.

  • Project Planning – Define desirable/feasible/viable solutions and collaborate with project leads on activity and resource planning.

  • Technical Execution – Implement appropriate processes for product development and achieve required quality standards.

  • Risk Management – Identify and manage product risks effectively and advise project leads on project risk.

  • Review and Approvals – Conduct technical reviews and system-level design reviews as scheduled.

  • Mentorship and coaching.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in product development, including inventing and leading new products and technologies.

  • Experience managing teams (>=3 reports) through all stages of product development.

  • Strong understanding of Medical Device Development and Quality Management Systems (ISO or similar).

  • Knowledge of product development methodologies (design thinking, agile, design controls).

  • Familiarity with IEC 62304, IEC 62366, ISO 14971, ISO 60601.

  • Relevant degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Graphics/UI/UX design, Software Engineering, or related.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo/Pro-e), and FEA software.
