**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Physician to join our healthcare team in the Sidney and Saanich area. As a key member of our inter-professional team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the delivery of medical services in a dynamic and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Participate in an inter-professional team that includes family doctors, nurses, social workers, and behavioral health consultants to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Provide primary care services to patients in a clinic setting, including routine check-ups, preventative care, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives that improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- Provisional Privileges at Saanich Peninsula Hospital.
- Degree in Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Licenses to practice medicine in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
