About the Role

This opportunity is open to a dedicated Speech Pathologist seeking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a degree qualification in Speech Pathology and be committed to delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities.
  • A strong passion for working in the disability sector and a genuine desire to build capability and confidence in speech pathology areas such as fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing, and feeding are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • To conduct thorough speech and language assessments across the lifespan.
  • To develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
About You

We seek an experienced and skilled Speech Pathologist with:

  • Degree qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligibility upon degree completion.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
