**Lead Veterinary Operations Manager**

**Job Type**: A part-time position exists for a dynamic and experienced leader in the veterinary industry or Human Health Sector.

AdelaideVet is looking for a dedicated team leader to oversee high-performing teams at one of our veterinary clinics.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving exceptional service and care for both clients and patients. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Leadership & Team Management**: Lead and inspire diverse teams to provide exceptional care. Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, compassion, and professional development.

- **Operational Management**: Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring high standards of clinical efficiency and patient care.

- **Client Service**: Maintain and improve the client experience by ensuring excellent communication, timely services, and the delivery of high-quality care to patients.

- **Financial & Budget Management**: Monitor clinic finances and identify opportunities for growth and cost-efficiency.

- **Compliance & Quality Assurance**: Ensure that the practice complies with relevant regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices. Maintain high clinical and operational standards.

- **Marketing & Community Engagement**: Drive local marketing initiatives and promote the practice within the local community.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a veterinary management or leadership role, or experience in a related field with transferable skills.

- **Leadership Skills**: Ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team of veterinary professionals and support staff.

- **Organisational Excellence**: Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth clinic operations.

- **Customer Focus**: Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating positive relationships with clients and their pets.

- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with veterinary software systems and practice management tools.
