Job Title: Housekeeping Team Leader

The Team Leader – Housekeeping assumes a pivotal leadership role within the hotel's housekeeping department, supporting the Hotel Manager in operational duties. This position guarantees consistent delivery of exceptional cleanliness standards, presentation, and guest service, while providing support, guidance, and motivation to the housekeeping team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations across both properties
  • Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and monitor productivity of the housekeeping team
  • Conduct room checks and public area inspections to ensure brand standards are met
  • Ensure timely turnover of rooms in line with guest check-in/out times
