Full Time Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Manager to join our team in a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing store operations, leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control and visual merchandising
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training and development opportunities
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Monitor and analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth

• Minimum 2 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and coach team members
• Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, inventory management and stock control
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills

18. Like many retailers, Ghanda Clothing has strict blackout periods that apply to all team members. Scheduled Blackout Periods include: All relevant State/Territory school holidays; from November 15th - January 31st ; and from the week before Easter to the week after Easter, each year.
