Commercial Analyst

As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial health and decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing sales data to inform Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculations and ensuring proper governance for payment exceptions.
• Participating in the annual SIP review process, modeling financial outcomes of proposed policy changes, and ensuring timely implementation of approved updates.
• Managing data reporting on New Business, Share of Wallet (SOW), Churn, and up/downtrade metrics, and collaborating with the Continuous Improvement team to enhance dashboards.
• Assisting with month-end reporting related to SIP, churn, new business, and other financial tasks.

We're seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with:

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvement in a corporate setting.
• Proven experience in sales incentive calculation and reporting.
• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a complex business environment.
