**Join Team Global Express as a Commercial Analyst**

At Team Global Express, we are looking for a driven Commercial Analyst to support our financial health and decision-making processes. This is your chance to work with a leading organisation, contributing to critical budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efforts while driving process improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Sales Data Analysis & SIP Management: Cleanse and analyse sales data for accurate Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) calculations and work closely with Sales Operations to ensure proper governance for payment exceptions.
- SIP Review & Budgeting: Participate in the annual SIP review process, modelling financial outcomes of proposed policy changes, and ensuring timely implementation of approved updates. Provide timely budget and reforecast information to group finance.
- Data Reporting & Dashboard Improvement: Manage data reporting on New Business, Share of Wallet (SOW), Churn, and up/ downtrade metrics. Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement team to enhance dashboards, ensuring they serve as the "one source of truth" for financial reporting.
- Month-End Reporting: Assist with month-end reporting related to SIP, churn, new business, and other financial tasks.
**Key Competencies**:
- Analytical Skills: Conduct detailed data analysis, identifying trends and providing clear insights.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high accuracy and review processes to ensure the quality of financial data.
- Excel & Data Manipulation: Utilize advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, data queries, and SQL, to manipulate large datasets. Experience with TM1 and Power BI is a plus.
- Communication & Problem Solving: Engage stakeholders effectively, presenting analysis and facilitating discussions to resolve issues.
- Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Support strategic planning with driver-based financial analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the team.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR 5+ years of financial analysis experience in a complex business environment.
- Proven experience in sales incentive calculation and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and process improvement in a corporate setting.
