Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to lead our mobile testing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and drive the development of our mobile test automation frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end mobile automation testing in a dynamic Agile environment, collaborating across DevOps teams to deliver high-impact solutions, and working closely with developers, business SMEs, and project teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest standards.

This is a growth-focused role with opportunities to expand your leadership and technical capabilities. As a Senior QA Mobile, you'll guide and mentor a team of test professionals while driving automation excellence across our mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and maintenance of mobile test automation frameworks
  • Collaborate across DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Analyse solution designs and documentation to create robust test cases
  • Conduct API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API
  • Guide and mentor QA team members to deliver quality outcomes
  • Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps
  • Support manual testing and regression builds as needed

Requirements:

  • 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms
