Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pathology Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting laboratory tests and analyses to diagnose and monitor diseases
- Interpreting test results and providing accurate diagnoses
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A medical degree and specialist qualification in pathology or a related field
- Experience working in a laboratory setting and conducting clinical testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This role offers a competitive remuneration package, including:
- A salary range of $216,300 - $310,389 per annum
- 12% Superannuation
- Access to Salary Packaging
- Private practice allowances and related benefits
Successful applicants will be required to meet essential criteria, including:
- Specialist or limited registration with the Medical Board of Australia in a relevant specialty
- Registration/licences must remain current and valid
Desirable: Experience in Cytopathology procedures.
