**Job Overview**

A dynamic opportunity exists for a talented Exercise Physiologist to join our Community Rehab Services team. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering client-centred treatment programs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in exercise physiology rehabilitation interventions, with experience working in community settings. A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

About the Role

  • Carry a varied caseload mix of community clients with diverse needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver individual and group treatment sessions
  • Develop and implement goal-centred treatment programs
  • PARTICIPATE IN TEAM MEETINGS AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

About You

  • Relevant Exercise Physiology degree and accreditation with ESSA
  • Minimum 12 months experience working as an Exercise Physiologist, preferably in adult rehabilitation
  • Strong knowledge and skills in EP rehabilitation interventions
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
