The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to join our team and play a critical role in shaping and implementing cloud infrastructure practices while being hands-on in building reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid innovation without compromising stability or security. This is a great opportunity for someone who's excited to help build healthtech infrastructure from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement highly available cloud infrastructure.
  • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
  • Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging.
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization.
  • Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture.
  • Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments (preferably Azure).
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the SDLC.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with application and dependency security tooling.
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in healthcare.
