Senior eTrading Software Engineering Role

This is a senior, hands-on engineering position that demands deep expertise in Java, distributed systems, and financial market technologies.

  • Architect and scale mission-critical components including RFQ workflows, pricing integration, trade execution logic, and dealer UIs
  • Collaborate with quant teams to integrate core pricing models for short-end curve instruments and relative value analytics (Z-score, Carry & Roll, XCCY RV)
  • Publish trade and curve data to IDAP for analytics and dealer UI exposure
  • Lead engineering decisions on nested feeder curve implementations (C++ xCurves vs server-side builds)
  • Mentor engineers across UI, platform, and backend domains to ensure delivery quality and velocity

Skill Requirements:

Deep expertise in Java (8/17), Spring Boot, and distributed systems architecture

Experience with IRS market platforms such as Tradeweb and MarkitWire

Strong understanding of IRS instruments, pricing conventions, and swap templates

Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Redis, SNS, SQS), Kafka/EventHub, DevSecOps/CI/CD technologies as well as modern SRE technology

Experienced in using Agentic AI to assist engineering effort

Knowledge of quant libraries and risk analytics integration SSL standard for secure encrypted communications
