Forex CFD Account Manager Role

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Account Manager to join our sales team. As we continue to expand our regional presence, this role will drive sales growth by promoting and selling our products and services across various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth: Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling our products and services, using strong sales skills to identify and generate client pipelines, and building and nurturing relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction, responding quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Meet Performance Goals: Work towards specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed sales targets, expand knowledge about the markets, FX industry, and our platforms and products, and strive to achieve team and individual metrics contributing to overall success.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry, with previous exposure to customer-focused environments such as customer services, sales, outbound/inbound support, consulting, or similar fields. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred.
