In this newly created role, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the delivery of marketing campaigns, content creation, digital communications, and event coordination across Lake Imaging and Capital Radiology network within Victoria.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Work collaboratively within the Marketing team to assist with advertising and campaign strategies.
• Assist in the development and formatting of marketing collateral for patients, referrers, and internal stakeholders, including brochures, posters, and social media graphics.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of internal newsletters and staff communications.
• Maintain and update content across websites and the staff intranet.
• Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Monitor digital performance and provide reports on key engagement metrics.
• Provide support for the planning and coordination of events and webinars.
• Assist with CRM data entry and record maintenance.
• Design and implement referrer email marketing (EDM) templates and campaigns.

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing or administrative support role
• Demonstrated ability to follow brand guidelines and coordinate marketing tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence
• Willingness to travel as required
