We are looking for people who can provide practical and emotional help to others, calling on their own real-life experiences to build rapport and relationships.

This is a casual role that provides flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with disabilities to enable them to remain living independently and comfortably in their own homes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by being empathetic, reliable, and committed.

We require our Support Workers to be creative, enthusiastic, sensitive, and emotionally stable. They should have strong communication and organisational skills, be able to manage their time effectively, and support clients to do the same.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Community Services or equivalent.
  • Physically capable of meeting the requirements of the role.
  • Current First aid Certificate.
  • Valid NDIS screening check clearance (required).
  • National Driver License and your own, reliable vehicle (required).
  • Required experience in working with participants having Disability and participants who are non-verbal.
  • Required experience in using Hoist.
  • All applicants must have a relevant visa or working rights in Australia.
