We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our digital engineering initiatives.

This impactful role drives client-facing strategies and market penetration across the Australian business, growing demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing demand for digital engineering services with established and new clients;
  • Helping implement digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities;
  • Developing BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners within the company;
  • Communicating the value proposition to the organisation and embedding changes in collaborative information management practices (per ISO 19650) across the project lifecycle;
  • Monitoring technological innovations in industry to ensure the company remains contemporary in its delivery practices;

You will motivate innovative thinking, develop new ideas/approaches, and promote a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence. This experience will preferably be in the engineering sector, particularly in Project Management, Design Management, Asset Management, Digital design processes, Geospatial or Surveying, with a strong grasp of the drivers for change in the construction and asset management sector.

You will also have experience in leadership positions with demonstrated capability gained in complex organisations, leading change, and influencing stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
