Job Title: Senior Service Delivery Manager

Job Description:

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and programs aimed at reducing re-offending of juvenile offenders.

Key Responsibilities include managing a team to ensure efficient allocation of resources and ongoing performance management and development of staff.

You will also supervise staff in delivering intervention and facilitating youth justice conferences.

Additionally, you will undertake Risk Assessment and Management to identify risk posed to the community by clients.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity of the CIMS system to support effective planning, decision making and Quality Assurance process.

Work collaboratively with staff, Area Manager and government stakeholders on service delivery and best practice standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognised tertiary qualifications (diploma or higher) in social work, welfare, psychology, criminology, education or related field or relevant experience.
  • A current Driver's Licence
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check clearance
  • National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
