We're seeking a Permanent Part-Time Care Leader to join our Aged Care team. You will work closely with Registered Nurses and Care Staff to deliver exceptional care outcomes. Your role will involve leading the delivery of care, supervising a small team, and promoting sustainable caring communities through transformational leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality care that prioritises patient dignity and well-being
- Leading and supervising a small team of caregivers
- Developing and implementing care plans that meet individual patient needs
