Dispatch Officer

The Client:

We are working with a globally recognised manufacturer based in Bankstown, NSW, who is seeking a skilled Dispatch Officer to join their high-performing team.

Role:

This is a hands-on role that involves a variety of general warehouse duties, forklift operation, and managing the dispatch team. The successful candidate will be required to work on the morning shift, starting at 6am Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter goods receipts into the warehouse system.
  • Manage warehousing and storage of all items delivered to the workshop.
  • Prepare and handle paperwork for dispatch.
  • Conduct quality control.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Liaise with office and sales staff.
  • Use of SAP system to process transactions.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must have a valid forklift license.
  • Must have strong computer literacy.
  • SAP system knowledge is advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • A solid work history and good tenure.
  • Reliable and a keen attitude.

Additional Information:

  • Morning Shift.
  • Temp to permanent potential.
  • Pay rate is negotiable.
  • Start ASAP.
