**Job Description:
As an Area Manager, you will lead teams in providing exceptional care for people with complex clinical and behavioral needs in the South Sydney & Nowra region.
You will be responsible for managing the needs of approximately 10-15 NDIS participants across multiple locations, developing a team of Team Leaders and their Disability Support Workers, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Your key performance drivers will include roster adherence, unplanned hours, and overall profitability of each location, as well as ensuring all aspects of record keeping, training, and compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Manage participant needs across multiple locations
- Lead and develop a team of Team Leaders and their Disability Support Workers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure commercial performance drivers are met
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience in managing operations/teams across regions, preferably in the disability or aged care sector
- Strong commercial understanding, including roster management and related drivers
- Understanding of NDIS funding and planning, particularly SIL
- Passion for developing teams to deliver exceptional care
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
