Job Description

Are you a dynamic, people-focused leader with experience managing multi-site operations? Do you thrive in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments? Abano Healthcare is on the lookout for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Lead and support a group of dental practices within the NSW region to deliver strong commercial and clinical outcomes
  2. Coach, mentor, and develop Practice Managers and clinical teams
  3. Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, and performance improvements
  4. Partner closely with clinical and corporate functions to ensure aligned, high-quality care delivery
  5. Contribute to national initiatives and support the execution of strategic goals
Qualifications
  1. Proven experience managing multi-site operations (ideally within Dental, Healthcare, Retail, or Hospitality)
  2. A strong people leader who builds trust and delivers results
  3. Commercial acumen with a passion for continuous improvement
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on what matters most
  5. A collaborative, service-oriented mindset aligned with our values
