Are you passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children?

We are seeking a seasoned Service Director to lead our program in Langwarrin. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing your own service, building relationships with schools and the community, and leading a team of educators.

The Role:

  • Manage and roster a team of dedicated educators
  • Build strong relationships with your school and partner on events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver engaging experiences every day
  • Foster positive relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation
  • Be the bridge between our organization and your school community
