About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading Australian spring water cooler business.

The company serves approximately 70,000+ customers and has grown into Australia's #1 spring water cooler business with significant possibilities for expansion.

As a key team member, you will receive ongoing support and training to operate high-speed production and process equipment on our bottling and cooler refurbishment line.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and sanitize the production area to maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Complete quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Rotate between various roles on site, including driving a forklift
  • Monitor production activity and resolve issues that impact production targets

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)
  • Demonstrate collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Current Forklift license or ability/willingness to undertake training
  • Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental principles
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Package)
