Autonomous Haulage Control Specialist

About the Role
You will be based within our Integrated Operations Centre, working closely with the Autonomous Haulage Front Runner Mine Control team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safety Management
Understanding site safety systems and their link to health and safety is essential for this role. You will be responsible for managing the fleet effectively and efficiently, while ensuring compliance to operational plans.
Fleet ManagementMaximising efficiency and productivity will be your focus, as you manage the fleet to meet operational requirements. This involves identifying system and operational process improvements in the use of the fleet management system.
Communication and CollaborationPromoting positive relationships through effective communication and consultation is vital for success in this role. You will work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide coaching and influencing skills to support the team.
About You
We are seeking individuals who have previous mine control experience, either as a Mine Controller or Dispatch Operator. Prior experience with Modular Dispatch or Frontrunner systems is highly regarded. Essential skills include excellent time management, organisational, collaborative, coaching and influencing skills, and a high level of computer literacy and verbal communication skills.
