About the Role

A Senior Business Analyst will have the responsibility for delivering due diligence projects for M&A transactions, working directly below the leadership team or a manager as part of the project team.

The key responsibilities include transaction support – execution of buy side and sell side due diligence projects (including planning, analysis, interviews, building databook and report writing) and due diligence as an Investigating Accountant for IPOs.

About You

  • A Business / Commerce degree with Accounting Major
  • Completed CA or equivalent
  • Demonstrated 3-4 years' experience in transaction support, corporate finance, or auditing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strong communication and report writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet and work towards deadlines
