About The Role

You will be working closely with your clients, forming meaningful connections and assisting them to maintain independence within their community. This role requires flexibility, including early mornings, late afternoons, and weekends. You must have a valid Drivers Licence and own vehicle.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the individual care plan needs of residents through activities like domestic duties, personal care, and transport. You will also administer medication as required.

Compliance with Work, Health and Safety requirements, performance standards, and Customer Service Quality standards is essential in this role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support/Ageing
  • Permanent working rights within Australia
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current Influenza Statement and Covid 19 Vaccinations (highly desirable)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
