Education Leader Position

**Job Overview**

  • Develop and implement academic programs that meet the needs of students.
  • Collaborate with school leaders and staff to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Student Outcomes Improvement: Lead efforts to enhance student achievement and teacher practice.
  • Professional Learning: Design and deliver training sessions for staff members.
  • Digital Technologies Integration: Collaborate with school leaders and external experts to promote technology adoption among students and staff.
  • Inquiry Planning: Develop and facilitate inquiry-based plans, resourcing, and observation of teacher practice.

**Requirements**

  • Curriculum Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in curriculum development and pedagogy, particularly in Inquiry learning.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leadership, including mentoring and assistant leadership roles.
  • Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of education technology and its application in classrooms.
  • Safety, Wellbeing, and Inclusion: Commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusion principles.
