We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional programs for primary-aged children in a portfolio of schools.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of managing teams, driving program growth through innovation and retention, and embodying our core values of genuine connections and fun.
- Manage a portfolio of schools to ensure high-quality OSHC programs.
- Lead a team of Directors and Educators, empowering them to grow and develop.
- Drive program growth through strategic planning and collaboration.
- Establish a presence on school campuses to connect with staff, address operational issues, and foster a culture of excellence.
To succeed in this role, you must be a collaborative and results-driven leader who excels at building relationships and driving business outcomes. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, superannuation, travel allowance, and eTag paid for. Additionally, we provide a 95% discount on TeamKids enrolments for your children and five weeks of leave, including birthday leave and quarterly 'ME' days.
