Nursing Professional Required

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in our residential aged care home.

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with best practice procedures;
  • Act as a Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team;
  • Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly;
  • Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification;
  • A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards;
  • Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes;
  • Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues;
  • Strong coaching/training skills;
  • Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence;
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
