Job Description\

The Marketing and Communications team plays a vital role in supporting the strategic direction of the organization by developing and delivering external marketing and communications products, services, and messages.

\

The team collaborates with internal clients from across the organization to maximize stakeholder engagement with the organization's purpose and services.

\

This position leads a small team responsible for creating and maintaining non-statutory guidance information. This includes researching, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of guidance materials to enable the organization to successfully inform the jurisdiction.

\

Collaboration with other business areas is crucial to produce targeted guidance that meets the organization's policy direction, is accurate, and meets the standards set out in the External Communications Policy.

\

This role requires careful collaboration to produce high-quality guidance that meets the organization's objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations are highly regarded.

\

Character clearance and employee health declaration are essential for this position.

\

A probationary period of six months applies to new engagements.
